DESIGN BUILD PROCESS

  • At the start of every design build project, our team begins with an initial design consultation. This is when we meet with the client to discuss their goals, timeline, and budget for the project. We also take measurements of the space and get a better understanding of the client's vision. With this information, we are able to develop a tailored design plan that meets all of the client's needs.

  • The design build remodeling bid process is an essential step in the process of remodeling a home or business. It involves developing a plan that takes into account all of the details necessary to complete the project, as well as estimating costs. We then create detailed estimates for each part of the project including materials, equipment rental, labor costs, permits, and more.

    Our project managers keep you informed throughout the construction phase. We use an online project management software that allows you to stay informed on schedule updates, selection due dates, and financial tracking.

  • Following all post-construction cleaning, the project managers and design team will schedule a final walk-through and discuss warranty and maintenance relevant to your project.
